Infopath to Power Apps/Power Automate Migration
Rebuild 13 InfoPath forms in Power Automate and Power Apps
There are 2 large forms that have some SharePoint 2010 Workflows, which will need to be re-built in Power Automate. SharePoint 2010 workflows have been retired in SharePoint Online so these existing workflows are not running. InfoPath is soon to reach end of life so it’s important to get these forms and processes re-built quickly using Power Apps.
The existing InfoPath forms are not pulling centralized data, which means that shared data lists will need to be created that can be leveraged on the Power Apps forms. This will require some rework and proper testing to integrate properly into the existing lists.
Please note that these forms and workflows will need to be appropriately tested by Carroll Concrete in addition to being re-built by Mr. SharePoint. In addition, Carrol Concrete can create the shared data lists that will be leveraged on the new Power App forms.
Carrol Concrete will create and maintain the centralized drop down lists that will be needed on the forms.
Training will be included to show how the forms and workflows are built and how they can be easily maintained. Carrol Concrete will determine who will be on the training session.
Status changed: Draft to Pending.
