The existing Access report no longer works since the EEWP Tech Plan SharePoint site was moved to SharePoint Online. Microsoft stopped the creation of new Access Based Web Apps a couple years ago. This project is to rebuild the YTD Metrics Report in M365, which will require:
- Rebuilding the existing app inside of M365 using either Power BI or a custom in-page SharePoint App
- Ensuring that the data is connecting to SharePoint data in the SharePoint Online Tech Plan site
- Ensuring that al the calculations are valid
- Ensuring that all techs are included in the report without having to manually add them into the code
- Ensuring that the app can be used for future years that would have new Drawling Log lists. The app should be able to be pointed to the future lists with ease as long as it has the same column structure
The project would take about 2 weeks to finish.
