    Create Purchase Requisition Process Automation using SharePoint Online, Power Automate and PowerApps, which will include:

    • Creating data structure in SharePoint, which will house documents and associated meta data. Will also be used as a dashboard
    • Creating necessary input form(s) using Power Apps. Once the form is submitted a Power Automate flow will kick off (as described below)
    • Creating Power Automate workflow to be started upon completion of the input form. This workflow will handle all logic, task routing and notifications, and reminders for the PR Process
    • Creating a dashboard inside of the SharePoint list so that users can easily see the status of a PR and filter the list as needed to export relevant data to Excel or for use in Power BI
    • Training to understand how the process was built and how to maintain it
